Ooohh, look what I’ve found!
Plant-based veggie noodles suitable for vegans and gluten-free eaters.
I’m not sure how I first stumbled across these ‘Miracle Noodles’, but when I did I knew that I had to share them with you.
Whilst I’m not vegan or vegetarian myself, I do have a problem with wheat (wheat intolerance) and I also understand that the percentage of vegan followers is on the increase. People are becoming vegan for many different reasons, but in general we are all looking for healthier versions of our favorite foods.
Take for instance these plant-based noodles and rice created and sold by the Miracle Noodle company.

Recipes for Vegans, Low Carb & Gluten Free Eaters
Now that plant-based food is having a major impact in our diets and becoming more readily available in our supermarkets, this opens up a whole new platform for more tasty and exciting recipes.
I know that I’ve personally followed many low-carb diets (to lose weight) but could not sustain them for a lengthy period of time simply because I got bored and missed meals including noodles, spaghetti and rice.
But now this doesn’t need to be the case, thanks to Miracle Noodle and their plant-based product range.
